Payment
All payments are made via PayPal. PAYMENT IS DUE UPFRONT. Once we have discussed the details of the commission and agreed on a final price you will be sent a PayPal invoice.Revisions and Refunds
I will only make major revisions during the sketching phase. The only time revisions may be made beyond that are due to artist error, Not because of unclear or nonspecific commission information.
Refunds are ONLY available before the commission has begun, minus PayPal processing fees that may have incurred. I don’t accept refunds for sketches alone.Completion Time
You can check that status of your commission here! Completion can be from 2 weeks to 2/3 months once the piece has started. If you are curious where I am on your piece please feel free to ask for an update or look at Trello. If I noticed any reasons for delays I will keep you updated via email/discord/or twitter.
